Victoria Galy
In 2018 Victoria Galy had an ex-boyfriend upload onto Pornhub. Her story to remove them is horrendous. Pornhub told her the videos were claimed by a verified model and that they would not remove them. She sent them an endless number of emails and a whole power point with images of her body next to screenshots of the video to prove it was in fact her.
It wasn’t until she filed a civil lawsuit against Pornhub and the article came out in The New York Times titled “The Children of Pornhub”, that they temporarily suspended her videos. When Pornhub realized what they were up against they finally did something and fingerprinted her videos to prevent future uploads.

With over 8 million views on just Pornhub alone. The people who have downloaded and reupload her videos elsewhere. All the mental stress has completely ruined her life. Leaving her depressed, with PTSD, unable to work, broken relationship with her kids, not feeling safe, nightmares, irritability, anger, loss of 20 to 30 pounds, not able to eat, and the list goes on...

Uldouz Wallace
Uldouz had photos and videos of her hacked and taken in the 2014 iCloud hack. Her content was then uploaded onto porn sites where she has fought long and hard to get them taken down with no success.
Today Uldouz is a leading advocate and voice to have laws and legislation to protect people from having nonconsensual videos and photos to be uploaded online. Uldouz has launched Foundation RA, a survivor led, registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that supports children, women and men that are victims of online image-based sexual abuse.

"My ex-boyfriend actually took a couple pictures and a video of me against my consent and when we broke up six months later he threated to leak these to the internet... the hackers leaked them....
I ended up spending over 1 million dollars....just to get the content down of me with no success."
Serena Fleites
At the age of 13, Serena had a boyfriend who pressured, harassed, and threatened to break up with her unless she sent him a video of herself undressing. He sent her examples from Pornhub of what he wanted; she eventually sent him a video. He went on to show and send this video to his friends, and it made it around the whole school. It was then uploaded to Pornhub with the caption “13-year-old Burnette shows off for the camera.”

Serena’s whole life came crumbling down. Depression and drug use. She was harassed by people who find her video and send it to her family members. She struggled to get Pornhub to remove her video and had to pretend to be her mother to get it removed. Because it had been downloaded by others; it would just get re-uploaded. Witness 1
Our witness's ex-husband had uploaded her intimate images onto Pornhub. She discovered them on Pornhub and also found videos she didn’t know about where she was drugged or asleep. When she found them, they had been already uploaded for three years.

"...I trusted him and I wanted to keep him happy. It wasn't until August of 2020 that I discovered those private photos had been uploaded to porn sites, including Pornhub.... Thanks to Pornhub, today is day 1,292 that I have been naked on these porn sites."
Witness 2
Our witness was 15 when her and hundreds of other girls' videos were extorted by an unknown man to send him videos and pictures of them with positions and specifics he wanted.
He was selling these videos and photos through Dropbox to men who thought they were buying from them. These videos and photos were then taken and uploaded to Pornhub.
This ruined her life. She was receiving hundreds of follower requests on social media, and messages. Men felt entitled to her from seeing her on Pornhub. She would be blackmailed and or threatened for more. She has even had people showing up to her door saying they found her on Pornhub.
Her videos would get re-uploaded every time they got taken down.

"I'm now 19 years old. I was 17 when videos of me on Pornhub came to my knowledge, and I was only 15 in the videos they've been profiting from.... I don't understand how many women's lives have to end or be ruined before there is accountability for what they've done."
